Meet our board of directors

Keystone Communications is the DBA of Keystone Farmers Cooperative Telephone Company. When you sign up for our telephone service, you become a member of the cooperative and have a direct interest in the financial future of the company. Each year the profits of the cooperative are assigned back to the members. You will receive an allocation notice each year showing the dollar amount of patronage that has been assigned back to you for future pay out. Our Board of Directors consists of seven members. They meet monthly to discuss financial issues and technological changes that affect our company.

Meet our staff

	Byran Kimm Byran Kimm is our General Manager. Byran has been with the company since 1980. He is responsible for overseeing all the day to day operations of the company. Byran is trained in plant and central office technology as well as cable television plant and DSL installation.		Steve Oliver Steve Oliver is our Central Office Supervisor. Steve joined our company in 1990. He is responsible for maintaining the computerized central office equipment and the installation of new circuits, phone, DSL and IPTV customers.

	Deb Clemann Deb Clemann is the Office Manager for Keystone Communications. Deb started working here in 1986. She is responsible for accounts payable, circuit reporting, IPTV records and all financial accounting and reporting. She also serves as a backup customer service representative.		Rhonda Seeck Rhonda Seeck is our Customer Service Representative. She is the one you will usually talk to when you call in. Rhonda has been with our company since 1989. She is responsible for preparing and coding the service orders and trouble tickets, depositing and recording customer payments, and all customer billing issues.

	Dale Seeck Dale Seeck is our Outside Plant Technician. Dale started working with us in 1996. He is responsible for most buried cable issues, cable locates, repairs, trouble tickets and physical installations. Dale is also trained in IPTV and DSL installations and central office work.		Chad Scott Chad Scott is our newest fulltime employee. He was hired in 2010 and comes to us with telephone plant and central office experience. Chad is also a trained computer technician and will be working in all areas of the central office, outside plant, IPTV and DSL installation.

	Teresa Lazenby Teresa Lazenby is our part time Customer Service Representative. She joined our staff in 2010. Teresa handles service orders, trouble tickets and customer billing.
